Can we keep our exisiting telephone numbers?Switching your mobile provider to Red5 Networks couldn't be easier. Simply request your PAC code(s) from your existing provider or text 65075 from your mobile, provide them to us and we'll do the rest.

Will I get charged if I go over my allowance?We now offer customers the option to set a cap on top of their plan to control their spend on out of bundle services each month. We’ll send you an email when you get near your limit. This limit can only be broken by a few services as mentioned below. Contact us for more information.

Can I use my phone in other countries?Most of our services include EU roaming as standard and we offer numerous international bolt-ons to cover travel further afield. Give us a call to discuss your requirements.

What happens when my contract expires?We will contact you to confirm whether you're on the best tariff for you and let you switch over. Otherwise you're free to shop around and leave us if you find a better deal (we hope not!)

Do you provide mobile handsets?Unfortunately we do not provide handsets with our contracts. This allows us to provide you with the best value SIM only service.
